What is a blog RSS Feed?

For those of you that do not know, here is a bit of what a blog is. A blog is a sort of letter writing that has taken over from the personal email or letter writing. In an email one would need to personalize ones writing to suit the friendship or relationship. This is all good, but what if you want to send a detailed account of your experiences in another country. The internet connection is not your, which means that you are at an internet café and you are paying by the minute. This means that you need to work fast.
So, you do not want to write fifty different notes to fifty different people that you have to email to fifty different email addresses. That is if you can remember all of the email address of those fifty people. What do you do then? What other option is there? Well the best option, the easiest option would then be to set up a blogging account at one of the many blogging website out there. You will then only need to set up one detailed letter or “blog” and post it to your profile.
The people you want to get in touch with will then go to the site and see what you have been up to. It is that simple. A blog is a way to stay in touch, but it is also more than that, because it is also a way of marketing your products, marketing your business and it is a way to make money by talking about other people’s products. Making money blogging is one of the easiest ways to make money today. All you need to do is set up a blog and write what you feel other people want to read about. If it is your journey through life and it is interesting, then by all means, go ahead and do it.
RSS Feeds
The more people you get following you blog and subscribing to your RSS feed the better it is for you. This is because you will then be able to start selling advertising on your blog site. You will start by incorporating products into your letter and blog posts. You will say things like, I used this great new product today, it is called “blah”, and it did this for me. Or while I was at the shop I found this new product last week, and try it for a few days I find …
In the previous paragraph RSS feeds was mentioned: an RSS feed is a way for people to keep updates to your blog. If you offer an RSS feed on your blog people will get an updated email whenever you post a new blog. Your full blog will not go to their email however, because the whole point of having a blog is getting traffic, so all the email will say is “there is a new post on my site – check it out here!”
